- Within Australia - STANDARD post 2-6 business days. (Estimated 2-5 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT.
- Within Australia - EXPRESS post 1-5 business days. (Estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT.
- International - Australia Post STANDARD airmail service. Delivery in 6-17 business days. (Estimated 6-17 business days for metro to metro delivery. Items sent to regional and rural locations may take longer.)
- International - Australia Post EXPRESS airmail service. Delivery in 5-12 business days. (Estimated 5-12 business days for metro to metro delivery. Items sent to regional and rural locations may take longer.)

We provide Australia Post with your mobile phone number and email address, where applicable. Australia Post will use this information to communicate with you regarding your delivery from us. This may be in the form of SMS or email notification.

International Orders -Taxes, Customs and Duty
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These costs are set by your local authorities and vary from country to country.
International orders (excluding the USA):
- We DO NOT collect customs duties or taxes at checkout.
- If charges apply, they will be collected by your local customs office or postal service when your order arrives.
- Please check with your local post office or customs authority to understand what cost may apply.
USA customers:
Where applicable, duties and tariffs that we are required to collect for US shipments are included in the price shown at checkout.
RETURNS
Because electrical products can be damaged by incorrect installation, handling, modification or misuse, returned products may be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.
European Union customers
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable EU consumer laws and any relevant exemptions.
To exercise this right, please use the withdrawal request facility provided on our website or contact us directly.
Returned items must be returned in substantially unused condition and with all supplied components and packaging where reasonably possible.
If we have sent you parts that do not match your order we will accept them back for exchange.
If we have specifically recommended products for you through email or telephone conversation that are not compatible with your bike we will accept them back for exchange or refund. If in doubt about product compatibility please contact us before ordering for confirmation.
Items to be returned MUST be UNUSED and in the original packaging.
