Electronic Rev Counter

Electronic rev counters are fine to use with Tri-Spark Ignitions. It will need to be a motorcycle unit - the car tachometers are limited to 4 6 and 8 cylinders.
Most rev counters connect to the negative coil trigger signal. Follow the instructions provided from the rev counter manual. You will need to calibrate the pulses per crank revolution.
For the Classic Twin - 1 pulse per crank revolution.
For the Classic Triple - 1 pulse per two crank revolutions.
