Quick Tip Classic Triple Ignition

Quick Tip Classic Triple Ignition

A common issue with Classic Triple ignition installations!  The LED on the unit is blinking but there is no spark.  This usually means the coils are not wired up correctly.  The positive terminal on each coil needs to be connected to a solid positive 12 volt or positive earth connection.  Correcting this often fixes the problem

Had a Tri Spark ignition, black box, on my Trident which I installed 17 years ago that was very reliable, no problem at all, which failed. Spoke to Tri spark and got the latest classic triple MK2 system and decided to fit new 12volt coils as coils appeared original to the bike. Easy install and the motor runs smooth and strong. Great choice. excellent ignition and highly recommend.
